The buyer has reserved the above plot for the period expiring on the Reservation Expiry Date on the terms set out in this reservation agreement. The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement at any time prior to exchange of contracts and if they do the reservation fee paid on signing this agreement shall be returned to the Buyer less the non-refundable part of the Reservation Fee. The Company shall not be entitled to withdraw from this agreement or to agree to see the property to any other buyer prior to the Reservation Expiry Date or the Buyers earlier withdrawal from this agreement.
The Buyer acknowledges that if exchange of contracts has not taken place by the Reservation Expiry Date that Company shall be entitled to renegotiate the terms of this reservation agreement or to offer the plot for sale to any other buyer.
This reservation agreement does not constitute a binding agreement to buy and sell the plot within the meaning of Section 2 Law of Property Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989. The Buyers consent to the conveyancer supplying the Company or it conveyancers with certified copies of identification as required to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.
