Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Able to deliver effective negotiation and sales skills with a minimum of one year experience in a new homes Sales Negotiator role.

 

The Role:

 

The role of a Sales Negotiator is to carry out all aspects of running the site sales. Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the purchaser’s journey. This includes achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as efficiently progressing reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.

 

 

Key duties and requirements:

 

– Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers

– Ensure that the general presentation of the site and the sales suite is maintained to a high standard

– Ensure that all relevant information is accurate at all times for the prospective buyers

– Working with the Site Managers and Sales Director

– Guide potential purchasers around show homes, view homes and sites to demonstrate the product

– Quoting prices to customers as and when required

– Being the first point of contact for customer issues

– Working towards team and individual incentives

– Self-management of expenses, mileage and budget

– Responsible for own administration

– Ensure that excellent customer relationships are maintained, by being available for customer queries as and when required

– Proactively work with the Sales Director and Marketing Executive to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales

– Ensure that deadlines and objectives, set by the Sales Director, are met

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

– Effective negotiation and sales skills

– Good administration skills

– Strong communications skills

– IT literate

– Lone working, dependant on site

– A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential

– Previous experience in a sales advisor role

– Ability to travel to all sales sites

– Able to work weekends and bank holidays

– Willing to be flexible with respect to day-to-day duties and hours worked 

 

 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday.
