Moving home should feel exciting, not stressful. At our Move Maker Event at Sycamore Place, Barrasford, we will show you how we can take the hard work out of your next move. We will help you sell your current home with our assisted move, pay your fees, and there is no stamp duty to pay on your new Cussins home.
The event is also your chance to explore this exclusive development and step inside the Wisteria show home. It is the best way to see the high specification and quality finish that go into every home we build.
Swap your home for a brand new home
On Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October, from 10am – 4pm. We are opening the doors at Sycamore Place in Barrasford to homeowners who are ready for their next chapter. Our team will talk you through how we can help you sell your current home, so you are not left juggling viewings and chains on your own.
Fees paid and nil stamp duty to pay
Moving costs add up quickly. On selected plots at Sycamore Place, we will pay your fees and there is no stamp duty to pay on your new home. It means more of your budget goes into the home itself, and less into the process of getting there.
See the quality for yourself
The event is also a chance to explore this exclusive development and step inside the Wisteria show home. Photographs only tell part of the story. Walking through the show home is the best way to see the high specification and attention to detail that go into every Cussins home, from the layout to the finishing touches. Sycamore Place sits in the Northumberland village of Barrasford, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to Hexham, Corbridge and Newcastle. It is a place to slow down and enjoy the space around you, without giving up the convenience of everyday life.
