A NEW development on the outskirts of Morpeth town centre, Northumberland, is attracting a great deal of interest, say the selling agents. Work is due to start soon on the development, to be known as Turner Square. Builders Cussins are to create 24 new homes at the site, on the southern edge of the town centre, within walking distance of the impressive range of shops, banks, restaurants, bars, leisure centre and other facilities. The properties will comprise one-bedroom apartments, to be offered to local people at a discounted price; two-bedroom duplex apartments with balconies; three-bedroom terraced properties; and three and four- bedroom semi-detached properties together with one detached property. |

Janet Hopkinson, of selling agents Sanderson Young New Homes, said: “We are extremely excited to be asked to market another Cussins development and one which we have no doubt will prove extremely popular. “One reservation has already been taken and we are in discussion with another party. This is even before any work on the site has begun.” Janet said that the site, as well as being handy for Morpeth town centre and with easy access to the A1, will be particularly attractive, with a number of trees giving a very mature feel to the scheme. |
